SAGE COLLECTIBLES VALUES ALL OF ITS LOYAL CUSTOMERS AND HAS SET THEIR SATISFACTION AS A NUMBER ONE PRIORITY.  WE UNDERSTAND THAT AT TIMES THERE MAY BE SITUATIONS WHERE PRODUCT IS DAMAGED DURING THE PACKAGING AND/OR SHIPPING PROCESS.  IT IS SAGE COLLECTIBLES’ POLICY TO DO ALL WE CAN TO RECTIFY THESE ISSUES FOR OUR CUSTOMERS IN A TIMELY MANNER FOR UP TO 12 MONTHS AFTER THE INITIAL PRODUCT RELEASE, OR, UNTIL INVENTORY IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE.

 

AS EVERY SITUATION MAY BE DIFFERENT, WE CANNOT GUARANTEE A “CARD FOR CARD” REPLACEMENT IN ALL CASES DUE TO INVENTORY, SEQUENTIAL NUMBERING, ETC.  SIMILARLY, DAMAGE TO PRODUCT AFTER IT HAS BEEN REMOVED FROM ITS PACKAGING MAY NOT BE COVERED BY THIS POLICY.
